REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Every package of Mallory’s Tocino Jerky comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not happy with our product after opening, please send the packet back to us with the uneaten portion inside and we will send you your choice of a replacement product or a full refund.

Please contact us before returning the product for details on how to our return procedure works or to discuss alternate methods.

Be sure the ‘best before’ or ‘use by’ date on the packet of Mallory’s Tocino Jerky is still valid, as we can not refund or replace products that have gone past their recommended eating period.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Postage costs apply to all of our jerky, marinade rub and other products (with the exception of our special 10x 100g pack free postage offer).

We use a cart total, weight based, shipping method. This means that postage is not charged per item, but rather the total weight of all items in your cart.

At this time, our postage costs are:

Small parcel (under 500g): $8.25.

Flat rate (500g – 3kg): $13.80.

Large parcel (3kg or more): $20, plus $1 per 200g over the initial 3kg starting weight (i.e., a parcel weighing 3.1kg will cost $21 in postage, or a parcel weighing 3.5kg will cost $23 in postage).

The maximum postage charged for a private, home delivery order is $40.

Postage costs are subject to change at any time without warning. Typically, we use Australia Post to deliver our products and follow their pricing structure.
