I grew up eating amazing jerky but after I moved to Australia, I've been disappointed multiple times by the jerky sold in supermarket. I gave up searching after 7 years. Last week I gave Mallorys Hot Roo a try and OMG, this is exactly the tatse I grew up with. These are THE real jerky. I regret only buying 100gr. We recently ordered multiple packets as Christmas gifts for our family.  We left it to the last minute and you kindly mailed it to us via express post to avoid disappointment.  The smiles on the faces of the recipients was priceless.  The super hot, sweet chilli and butter chicken are our family favourites.
