Its an extended 2 days event from last year, which means more more meatylicious bbq’s, ribs , pork belly, lamb shank, buffalo legs and most of all my favourite Philippine traditional pork lechon  (that’s how we call it ).

It’s so yummy and crispy pork crackling! This is made from different ways of cooking, from smoking to grilling.

It was a great crowd, plenty of entertainment and most of all, perfect weather.

Mallory’s Tocino had an awesome weekend..  we enjoyed meeting and chatting to interesting people who came & tried our product.  We met lots of new potential costumers & return costumers.
